Terms of Service

Last updated: August 22, 2026

These terms govern your use of the website at alto.vision (the “Site”), operated by Alto Vision Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Alto”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or writing to us through it, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What this Site is

The Site describes what Alto does and lets you ask us for a call. It offers no accounts, no purchases, and no access to the product itself. The Alto product is governed by its own separate terms.

2. Asking for a call

3. Forward-looking content

Features and pricing shown on the Site are provided for information only. They may change without notice and are not a quote, a commitment, or financial advice. Anything we quote for work is quoted in writing, in the conversation it belongs to.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Site: no scraping of personal data, no automated bulk submissions, no attempts to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure, and no unlawful use. We may block traffic that does any of this.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (text, design, graphics, logos, and code) belong to Alto or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as needed to view the Site. Third-party names and marks (e.g. Stripe) belong to their respective owners; they're referenced for description only, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

6. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alto will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law & venue

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you and Alto each consent to their jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
